My first ever blog, so you will have to excuse me, it’s me being me, and I am as mixed up as everyone else at the moment.
Like everyone around me, I have not seen a year like this ever in my life. I am very fortunate that I live in an age where even if I can’t be with my family, I can always use technology to reach them. I do wonder how my Grandparents managed in the war not knowing how their family were all doing.
It is an unconventional world we are living in, but that’s ok because, in my business, unconventional is what I try to be all the time. Creating bespoke weddings just for you. I want and need to support my couples to have the wedding ceremony that they deserve. I have ideas that I want to share.
Covid, has taken away our “Big day “ but only for the time being. I really believe that “love will conquer all” and these days will return in the future. In the meant time, if anyone is looking for a Micro Wedding or special Elopement, I can create these with you, and then together we can replay part of this at a later stage in front of your family and friends. So the best of both worlds in our New Normal.
A special day, just for you to declare your love for each other, then a follow up day to celebrate and have a full wedding in front of your biggest supporters. Focus on the most important elements, and think about what is important to you both, and together we can still make this happen.
I know some amazing places, we could have special private ceremonies, from a beach to a vineyard. Why not rethink your amazing day? I believe it could be really something, a day like no other.
You don’t always live your life to a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens. The little ideas that bubble up and you can’t dismiss in your head.
Together, we can create a safe place to chat and throw around some ideas. I have had lots of messdaes from couples who have had to change their plans. That’s ok, on your road together, you will find this happens all the time, but its Ok.
